You would find that salty or sweet”fix” and yet avoid all of the artificial crap and unhealthy preservatives.

Bear in mind, however, that food starts with the raw ingredients, and if you skimp on quality here it will decrease the value of the foods and snacks you create. So, always use the freshest, healthiest, and organic foods you can find and afford.
